- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers � New England District is issuing a Pre-Solicitation Notice for Area Mowing Services, Hopkinton and Everett Lake, Hopkinton and Weare, NH. THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Furnish all equipment, materials, labor, and transportation to perform area mowing services at the Hopkinton Lake and Everett Lake Projects. The Hopkinton Project area includes approximately 26.70 acres of mowing areas. The Everett Lake Project areas include approximately 29.70 acres of mowing areas. The approximate total acreage to be mown is 56.40 acres. The mowing areas include changes in terrain such as steep slopes, rocky areas, wet areas and areas with stumps and other obstacles. Services are to be provided in accordance with the performance work statement and schedule. The contract period of performance for the Base Year shall be from 16 July 2021 through 15 July 2022.� In addition, the Government may exercise two (2) optional years with the same scope of services. This is not a request for offers at this time.� The solicitation requirements and contract documents, to include instructions for submission, and the response date will be available on or about June 4, 2021.� Neither telephonic, mailed nor faxed requests for hard copies of this solicitation will be accepted.� The solicitation will only be available online; in order to download the solicitation offerors must access the Beta.Sam website (www.beta.sam.gov).� This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 561730 with a Small Business Size Standard of $8 Million. ALL OFFERORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED. ANY OFFEROR THAT DOES NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE SAM.GOV REGISTRATION WILL BE REJECTED AS NON RESPONSIVE.
