Suite 560, Room A515 Tampa, FL 33637 This requirement is set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses. General Description: Contractor is to provide all labor, tools, material, and equipment necessary to replace Variable Air Volume (VAV) assemblies consisting of air terminal units, reheat coils and control valves, all pneumatic controls and thermostats associated with the boxes. Approximately 573 VAV units are to be replaced. Work will be performed at West Palm Beach, Veterans Affairs Medical Center, 7305 N. Military Trail, West Palm Beach, FL. The NCO 8 anticipates the award of a firm-fixed-price contract to provide the VAV Box Replacement Services. The magnitude of construction is between $2,000,000 to $5,000,000. The solicitation will be issued on or about May 11, 2021. All information for this solicitation will be posted on the Beta.SAM.gov website at beta.SAM.gov. All interested firms must be registered in the System for Award Management SAM.GOV.
