- Description
- The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ (NAWCADLKE) intends to procure the HDU-43 P/N 2212, NIIN 58-000-0441 Aircraft Heater. �The heater will provide the necessary heating capacity, airflow and static pressure to meet current aircraft maintenance requirements. �It will also provide forced fresh ventilation without heat for ventilation of fuel tanks and other confined spaces. �The heater supports all Navy/Marine Corps aircraft and other facilities during cold weather operation.� NAWCADLKE intends to award this contract under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (C)(1), as implemented in FAR 6.302-1.� Solicitation N68335-21-Q-0153 is being issued as a limited request for quote (RFQ) as NAWCADLKE intends to acquire the HDU-43 P/N 2212 on a part number basis from Polartherm Oy or an authorized distributor.� The Government anticipates the award of a Firm Fixed-Price contract for a quantity of thirty (30) units.� Award will be made to the responsible offeror whose quotation is lowest in price and in full compliance with all requirements set forth in this solicitation.� Delivery shall commence within 10 months after contract award. �The contractor will be required to deliver four (4) HDU-43 heaters per month.
