- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W912TF21Q0017 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2019-05. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 721214 Recreational and Vacation Camps, a small business size stand of $8.0M. �This RFQ is being released on an unrestricted basis with no-set asides.�� The solicitation will start on the date this solicitation is posted and will end on 7 June 2021 at 4:00 PM EST. � The New Hampshire Air National Guard is seeking services for a Teen Youth Summer Camp indicated in the CLIN below:� CLIN 0001:� Teen Summer Camp Teen summer camp and recreation services to include on-site meals, an activity schedule, team building exercises lodging and a facilities map in additional to all other services as described in the Performance Work Statement (attached).�� The performance period shall be from 8 August 2021 to 11 August 2021. See the PWS for full details regarding the requirements and deliverables intended for this contract action. Interested parties should see below �Instructions to Offers� for details on how to submit your quotes (IAW 52.212-1) Interested parties should also see below �Evaluation factors� for a description on how the Government intends to evaluate your quotes (IAW FAR 52.212-2) Quotes must be valid for sixty (60) days.� All technical or contractual questions shall be submitted in writing via e-mail no later than 12:00 noon EST on 4 April 2021 to Matthew Lapointe at matthew.r.lapointe.civ@mail.mil. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted. If the Government responses to technical questions affect the Statement of Work requirements or any other portion of the solicitation, then an Amendment of Solicitation will be issued.
