Advertisement ��������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������� GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Connecticut City: Willimantic Delineated Area: Delineated area is defined by the point at which route 6 and Main Street /Route 32 meet in Willimantic. The boundary continues south on Main Street up until South Street. From South Street the boundary continues to Pleasant Street/ Route 32. The boundary continues south on Route 32 to the intersection with Route 203. The boundary continues on Route 203 north to the intersection with route 6. The boundary continues west on route 6 all the way to main street/route 32 in Willimantic Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 4,938 ABOA SF Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 5,185 ABOA SF Space Type: Office and Related Space Parking Spaces (Total): 0 Parking Spaces (Surface): 0 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 10 Years Firm Term: 5 Years Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: Offered space should be no more than twice as long as it is wide. Offered space must be contiguous on a single level. Offered space must have a minimum of 20� for column spacing and cannot be more than 2� square. Offered space above the ground level must have at least 2 passenger accessible elevators. Interested parties must provide the name of the building, address, location of available space, rentable square feet offered, and contact information of authorized representative. Sites located immediately adjacent to establishments whose primary operation is the sale of alcoholic beverages, marijuana dispensaries, firearms sold/discharged, drug treatment, or detention facilities are not acceptable.
