Amendment A00002 - Extends the deadline for quotes submission toTuesday, May 18, 2021 at Noon (EDT). Amendment A00001 - Posted Questions and Answers Introduction. The United States Coast Guard (USCG) has a requirement provide all supervision, labor, equipment, parts and materials necessary to replace (40) tons of cooling capacity HVAC unit. Place of Performance. �� USCG Base Elizabeth City 1664 Weeksville Rd Elizabeth City, NC 27909 Site Visit� FAR Part 52.237-1 Offerors are strongly encouraged to visit the location in paragraph 2 of this solicitation to inspect the worksite and observe any unique conditions that may hinder or facilitate performance.� The Site Visits shall be scheduled between Tuesday, April 27, 2021 and Wednesday, April 28, 2021 �from 8:00am to 3:00pm Eastern Daylight Time (EDT).� Offerors planning to attend shall make arrangements with Mark Croley at Mark.E.Croley@uscg.mil or phone (252) 335-6569. A valid photo Identification is required to gain access to the facility. Offerors are solely responsible for all transportation costs for the site visit. Questions and Answers. All questions regarding this solicitation must be received by Friday, April 30, 2021 at Noon EDT. Questions received after this time and date may or may not be addressed by USCG. Questions will only be accepted in email format. Questions received in any other format will be disregarded. Emails shall be addressed to the joint attention of the Contract Specialist, SK3 Lenae Crawford at Lenae.D.Crawford@uscg.mil and Contracting Officer, CWO Jeffrey Burrough, at Jeffrey.N.Burrough@uscg.mil. Quote Submissions. The deadline for quotes submission is Tuesday, May 11, 2021 at Noon (EDT). Any quote received after the aforementioned date and time risks immediate rejection by the Contracting Officer. Quotes will only be accepted by email; any quote received by USCG that is not emailed will not be considered for award. All quote emails shall be addressed to the joint attention of the Contract Specialist, SK3 Lenae Crawford at Lenae.D.Crawford@uscg.mil and Contracting Officer, CWO Jeffrey Burrough, at Jeffrey.N.Burrough@uscg.mil.
