- BLM-CO-SWD -Summit Point CRI III - 1639 Acres This is a solicitation announcement for a cultural resource inventory in accordance with Attachment 1 - SOW. In accordance with FAR Part 12.6, there is be a shortened solicitation time frame for procurement of commercial items.----- Description: A Class III archaeological inventory of 1639 acres of Bureau of Land Management (BLM) land on the Tres Rios Field Office (TRFO) on Horse Range Mesa near Summit Point, approximately 9 miles northwest of Egnar, Colorado. The tasks involved include a records search, fieldwork, analysis, report preparation, documentation of cultural resources on OAHP forms, and production of associated GIS data. This cultural resource work is conducted under Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act. ----- Basic Contracting Requirements: 1. Active registration - www.sam.gov 2. Invoicing and payment - www.ipp.gov 3. FAR Part 12 - Commercial Items 4. FAR Part 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures 5. Service Contract Wages for San Miguel County, CO 6. Total Small Business Set-Aside for NAICS 541620 Size Std - 16.5M 7. Award Basis - Low Price Technically Acceptable with a thorough review of the technical proposal. Minimum Requirements for a Responsive Quote: 1. Filled out, priced and signed SF-1449 2. Technical Response detailing your qualifications, resources, personnel, schedule, along with recent and relevant specialized experience to accomplish this task.
