- Description
- Fillmore Field Office Covered Parking The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Fillmore Field Office, located at 95 E 500 N in Fillmore, UT intends to award a single, firm-fixed price contract for the construction of a 30-foot by 80-foot three-sided, covered storage building with an 18-foot eve height. The Contractor shall be responsible for all aspects of the construction phase, including having a foundation plan designed by a Licensed Engineer in the State of Utah to meet the steel structure design requirements. The Contractor shall be responsible for all labor, materials, and equipment needed to provide a fully functioning steel covered parking structure per drawings and specifications. The work is located at the Fillmore Field Office in Millard County, UT. The contract period of performance is 300 days from issuance of the notice to proceed. This project will be 100% set aside for small business vendors under the North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code 236220 - Commercial and Institutional Building Construction. Davis Bacon Act (DBA) is applicable and the appropriate DBA Wage Determination(s) will be included in the solicitation. In accordance with FAR 36.204, the estimated magnitude of this construction project is between $100,000 and $250,000. No bid bond is required but a payment bond is required. To be considered eligible for award, vendors must be registered and have active profiles with completed representations and certifications in the System for Award Management (SAM) database (https://www.sam.gov). There is NO fee to register for this site.
