- This is a solicitation request for quote supplemented with additional information included in this notice and in accordance with the simplified acquisition procedures authorized in FAR Part 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued as a total small business set-aside. The associated NAICS code is 238990. The small business size standard is $16.5M. Description of requirements is as follows: Demolition of exisitng wooden tank supprt structure and construction of new Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic (FRP) tank support structure. Please refer to the attached Statement of Work for full technical specifications/requirements. See attached full Solicitation with all terms and conditions which all vendors must be in compliance with to be eligible for award. Vendors must provide their Will or Will Not Statement per FAR Provision 52.204-24 which goes with FAR Clause 52.204-25. At a minimum, all quotes should include contact information and DUNS number.
