The Department of Veterans Affairs, Birmingham VA Medical Center intends to award a firm fixed price sole source contract under the authority of 41 U.S.C. 253(c)(1) and FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), only one source to: Medical Graphics Corporation (MGC)� � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � 350 Oak Grove Parkway� � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � Saint Paul, MN 5512 7 The objective of this sole source award is to acquire support contract for licensing and system/software support contract to cover the Medical Graphics Corporation (MGC) Pulmonary System, located at the Veterans Healthcare Administration System Boston Massachusetts.� The pulmonary system was designed to manage studies across all VISN 1.� The proposed contract is for a Base Year and four one-year Option Years.� Contractor has provided Manufacturer Sole Source Proprietary Letter. The NAICS Code for this requirement is 811219; the large business size standard is $22MIL. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. All information received by 13:00 EST on May 29, 2021 may be considered by the Government. Responses shall be submitted to Mona Morin, NCO 1 Contract Specialist at Mona.Morin@va.gov. The email subject line shall state, �MGC Pulmonary System Svc Contract, Boston VAMC System�, �Intent to Sole Source to MGC Corp.�. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
