- General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: CA City: San Jose Delineated Area: From the intersection of I-280 and San Tomas Expressway, north along San Tomas Expressway and continuing east along Montague Expressway to I-880, south along I-880 and continuing south along Highway 101 to I-280, west along I-280 to the point of beginning at the intersection of I-280 and San Tomas Expressway. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 49,263 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 50,741 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 15 Parking Spaces (Surface): 0 Parking Spaces (Structured):� �15 Parking Spaces (Reserved):� 15 Full Term: 10 Firm Term: 10 Option Term: Two 5-year renewals (firm) Additional Requirements Contiguous above ground floor space.� Exception only for approximately 8,700 ABOA space to be located elsewhere if no contiguous space is available. Minimum 24�-0� o.c. between structural elements (columns, core, curtain wall). Minimum of 24 visitor parking within one block of the office location.
