***NOTICE OF GSA e-Buy SOLICITATION*** MICC-West Point intends to solicit a BRAND NAME�contract via GSA e-Buy under statutory authority 10USC 2304(c)(1), as implemented by�FAR 13.106-1(b)(1): ""For purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold (SAT), only one source reasonably available, urgency, exclusive licensing agreements, brand name, or industrial mobilization."" The applicable NAICS is�518210, Data Processing, Hosting, and Related Services, has a small business size standard of $35.5 Million.� The PSC is 7H20, IT and TELECOM � Platform Products: Database, Mainframe, Middleware (Hardware and Perpetual License Software). This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, any responsible source that believes it is capable of meeting the requirement may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency, only if received by the closing date and time of this notice. A determination not to compete the proposed requirement based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. All questions, comments, or documents must be sent to safire.m.pena.civ@mail.mil by no later than the closing date of this notice on May 28, 2021 @ 07:00 AM (EDT).
