- On or about March 5th 2021, the VA Network Contracting Office 21 (NCO 21) intends to issue a solicitation for a total service disabled veteran owned small business set-aside for Fire Testing and maintenance Services for VA Las Vegas. This pre-solicitation notice includes a copy of the Draft version of the Performance Work Statement and the Request for Quote. Interested parties may review the attached documentation and submit any questions regarding these requirements prior to the solicitation being issued.
