- DESCRIPTION OF THE SERVICE: �This is a service to perform the maintenance and repair of fire alarm, gas detection, exit & emergency light systems in Camp Darby, Tirrenia (Pisa), Italy. The majority of the system is Notifier MFG.� Only the technical assistance provided by authorized service centers technicians is allowed. Product Service Code: J012 Maint/Repair/Rebuild of Equipment -- Fire Control Equipment NAICS Code:� 922160 Fire Protection. NAICS code 922160 was considered and selected as Fire Protection. The size standard is not applicable because the service will be performed OCONUS. LOCATION OF THE WORK: The site of the proposed work is Darby Military Community, Tirrenia (Pisa). PERFORMANCE PERIOD: The Performance Period will be one year and two option years as follows:� 01 July 2021 - 30 June 2022; 01 July 2022 - 30 June 2023; 01 July 2023 - 30 June 2024. � SITE VISIT: No site visit will be held.� A meeting will be held in Microsoft (MS) Teams system on 07 MAY 2021at 10:00 hrs.LOCAL TIME-ROME -�ITALY � HOW TO PARTICIPATE: In order to participate all interested parties are invited to indicate their interest by submitting email not later than Close of Business (COB) by March 18, 2021 to the following address: cristina.pancaccini2.ln@mail.mil.
