- The 144FW MSG/MSC intends to utilize this Request for Quote (RFQ), under solicitation number W50S6T-21-Q-0016, to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) type contract for a service to��Connect Electrical Panel to Generator� at Fresno Air National Guard Base (FANGB) in Fresno, CA. Award will be made to the lowest price, responsible offeror. The Government intends to select one contractor,�however, the Government reserves the right to award no contract at all. Since award will be based on initial responses, offerors are highly encouraged to quote their most advantageous pricing in their initial response. This requirement is being solicited as a 100% small business set-aside. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 238210 and the Small Business size standard is $16.5 million. All prospective offerors must have a Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code and be registered with System for Award Management (SAM) at http://www.sam.gov. The period of performance (POP) for this requirement is 7�June 2021 to 13 Aug 2021 and performance must�be completed within 30 working days.�(Attachment, W50S6T21Q0016 SF1449 RFQ). The purpose of this requirement is to put the front desk of bldg.194 onto generator power by moving panels MJ and R3 onto the S panel connected to the backup generator. (See Attachment, W50S6T21Q0016 SF1449 RFQ, Statement of Work details). Related schematics and specifications are provided as attachments. A site visit will be conducted on 20�May 2021 at 0900 (9:00 am). Contractors will meet at the West Gate near 5323 E. McKinley Ave, Fresno CA 93727. COVID protocols shall be followed and masks shall be worn when addressing the West Gate. All attendees must email their intention to participate in the site visit. Send an email request as soon as possible�to Sergeant Jarrod Sanchez and the Contracting group inbox (both provided below). jarrod.sanchez@us.af.mil; 144.FW.FAL.MSC.Contracting@us.af.mil Vendors shall respond to this RFQ via email by 4 June�2021 at 1400 hours (2:00 pm) Pacific Daylight Time (PDT).� All quotes should be sent to Sergeant Jarrod Sanchez; jarrod.sanchez@us.af.mil and email inbox; 144.FW.FAL.MSC.Contracting@us.af.mil before the due date and time specified.� Any quote, modification, or revision of a quote received after the exact time specified for receipt of quotes is �late� and shall not be considered. All offers must list DUNS number/CAGE code, Company name, business representative, and phone number. To obtain or renew a DUNS number or CAGE code, please visit https://www.sam.gov. Lack of registration in the SAM database will make an Offeror ineligible for award. Vendor must also be registered in PIEE: Wide Area Work Flow to receive payment through electronic funds transfer.� If you are not currently registered, please visit the following website https://wawf.eb.mil/ to complete your registration. A responsible offeror must: Return Standard Form 1449. Have current registration in SAM. Provide electrical license. Have addressed FAR provision 52.204-24. Acknowledge the issued amendment.
