Brand Name, One (1) Rheem Rheem RGEDZS150ACB152AAAA0 - 12 1/2 Ton Package Gas/ Electric Unit, R410A,208-230V AND Curb Chapel Brand name, One (1) Rheem RKPN-A060CM10E - 5 Ton 14 SEER, 100 KMBH, 208-230V, 3 Phase, Gas Electric Unit, High Static, R-410A and Curb Chapel Brand name, One (1) Rheem RP1436AJ1NA - Classic 3 Ton 14 SEER Heat Pump Condenser, 208-230/1/60 Brand Name, Four (4) Rheem RKNL-B240CL30E - Commercial Classic 20 Ton, R410a , 13 SEER Rooftop Packaged Gas Electric Unit 208-230 V, 3 Ph, 60 Hz Brand Name and One (1) Rheem RKPN-A036CL08E - 3 Ton 14 SEER, 80 KMBH, 208-230V,3 Phase, Gas Electric Unit, Belt Drive, R410A Brand Nam. Please be advised that we currently have Rheen HVAC units and want to keep uniformity of our HVAC system and parts. Interchanging parts that are not Rheem will void our current warranty.� �FOB Destination, delivery will be made to Federal Correctional Institution, Talladega, 565 E Renfroe RD, Talladega, Alabama 35160. The contract type is firm fixed price. The Government reserves the right upon award to make a formal single or multiple awards. The Government will award to the responsible offer(s) whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, that are considered to be most advantageous to the Government, with past performance and price considered, prices being rated higher than past performance. The solicitation will be made available on or about May 27, 2021 and will be posted to the General Service Administrations Federal Business Opportunities website https://beta.sam.gov. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to insure of having the most up to date information about this solicitation. The anticipated date for receipt of quotes is June 8, 2021. Payments will be made using Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) or via Government Purchase Card for awards of $10,000.00 or less.
