- The VHA Network Contracting Office (NCO) 16 � Houston has a requirement to procure a Wayfinding system for the Department of Veterans Affairs, John L. McClellan (JLM) Memorial Veterans Hospital, 4300 W. 7th St., Little Rock, Arkansas 72205. The solicitation number is 36C25621Q0916.
