- NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Network Contracting Office 2 (NCO 2) intends to award a sole source open market purchase to include one one-year option, to STRYKER SALES, LLC, 1914 STRYKER WAY, PORTAGE, MI 49002 for a service maintenance agreement for the equipment listed below located at the Buffalo VA Medical Center. This service agreement shall include: scheduled preventative maintenance services, unscheduled repairs, provide the use of loaner equipment, software support, and training of VA personnel on equipment listed below. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES; however, any firm that believes it can meet the requirements above, may give written notification prior to the response due date and time. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to perform the requirements. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. If no responses are received, the Government will proceed with the award. Responses are due by June 10, 2021 at 4:00 p.m. (ET). Responses shall be submitted via e-mail to daniel.zielinski@va.gov .
