Description

The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) issues this Sources Sought Synopsis to identify potential sources who are interested in and capable of providing plant rental and maintenance services in Dallas, TX. Need: The OCC is seeking sources to rent a total of 55 live interior plants, shrubs trees, and containers (also known as planters), at its Southern District Main Office, located at 500 North Akard Street, Suite 1600 Dallas, TX 75201-3323. Also, we are seeking Poinsettias to be rented and maintained during the holiday season only (one week before Thanksgiving and ending the first week of January). Requirements: The Contractor shall have the technical and managerial ability to maintain the 55 plants rented (including seasonal Poinsettias) and shall furnish qualified personnel, equipment and materials to accomplish the following services: Maintenance services.� The Contractor shall maintain the plants in a healthy, vigorous, and attractive condition by performing maintenance tasks on an as needed basis.� Interior plant and container purchases.� The OCC will rent plants and containers from the Contractor.� Submission Information Qualified offerors must respond to Azita� Mamdouhi no later than 5:00 PM on Monday, June 7,�2021 by emailing the following information to Azita.Mamdouhi@occ.treas.gov: Your socioeconomic status (e.g., HUBZone, SDVOSB, WOSB, etc.) Indicate whether you have a GSA Schedule or GWAC and provide the GSA/GWAC number. A confirmation that your company is registered in System Award Management (SAM) and the date of when your registration expires. A brief description of your firm�s capabilities and qualifications as they relate to the business need and general requirements stated in this Sources Sought Synopsis. A rough estimate (or cost range) of the cost that you believe is likely to be incurred by the OCC for the required services. The OCC understands that your provision of this information is not a price quote nor is the OCC seeking a quote at this time.
