- SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS The Regional Contracting Office MCI-West is issuing this sources sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support this requirement for a Self-Contained Radio Frequency (RF) scanner and receiver capable of Simultaneous Multi-band, Multi-format completely passive network survey. Minimum technical specifications include: Self-Contained Radio Frequency (RF) scanner and receiver Integrally capable of conducting network survey in band ranges of GSM, GPRS, EDGE, CDMA2000, 1xRTT, EvDO, WCDMA, HSxPA, WiMAX, LTE, PTT, D-PTT, Wi-Fi, and 5G FR1 Cable of 320MHz total, simultaneous bandwidth with 20-6000MHz range At least (8) independent 40 MHz bandwidth RF tuners File output compatibility with Rover and Raptor software .CSV log file and report generation Passive network parameter decoding and storage of system information messages for serving/neighbor cell survey and RSSI mapping System capable of discovery scan, baseline creation, and anomaly detection/alert Integrated GPS data tagging with antenna Includes system peripherals:� controller android tablet, outdoor/mobile RF antennas, power cable assemblies, and rugged transportation case Capable of utilizing BB-2590 batteries with hot-swap functionality Included manufacturer equipment warranty in accordance with industry standard The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 334220 - Radio and Television Broadcasting and Wireless Communications Equipment Manufacturing. THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AT THIS TIME. Contractors are reminded that this is a REQUEST FOR INFORMATION and is NOT a request for proposal/bid/quote. Responses to this notice shall not constitute responses to solicitation. Responses to this notice are not considered offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. This Request for Information is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government, nor will the Government pay for the information submitted in response. Respondents will not be notified of the results of any government assessments. It is requested that interested businesses submit to the contracting office a brief capabilities statement. The capabilities statement must clearly detail the firm's ability to perform all aspects of this notice and must include the If your organization has the potential capacity to provide these contract supplies, please provide the following information: 1) Organization name, address, Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS) number, Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code, and a statement regarding the socio-economic status of the company (Section 8(a) of the Small Business Act (8a) small business concern, certified Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone), Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) concern, etc.); and 2) Tailored capability statements or product specifications clearly detailing the particulars of this effort, with appropriate documentation supporting claims of capability. If significant subcontracting or teaming is anticipated in order to deliver technical capability, organizations should address the administrative and management structure of such arrangements.
