Description

Network 23 Contracting Office anticipates awarding a sole source procurement to CBG BioTech, LTD. CO., NAICS Code 325998, All Other Miscellaneous Chemical Product and Preparation Manufacturing, with a size standard of 500 employees will be utilized. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 for the procurement of a Cart-Mounted Solvent Recycler (5 Gallon). Due to the proprietary and unique nature of certain aspects of this particular solvent recycler, no solicitation will be issued. A determination not to compete this proposed contract is based solely within the discretion of the Government. This notice of intent is not a request for quotes or information.
