Description: Solicitation for the USNS RICHARD E BYRD MTA. Work to be performed at Contractor's facility. Area of consideration is the West Coast. Amendment 0002 answers RFCs. Amendment 0003 - Answer RFCs and add revised work items and associated references. Work items and references will be send via DoD Safe. Amendment 0005- Revise work items 103 and 615 and extend RFPs closing date.
