Description: This specification establishes a requirement for Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, refuse containers and do all things necessary to collect non-hazardous solid waste from Anniston Army Depot (ANAD) and dispose of this waste in an approved Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) Subtitle D Disposal Facility. Contractor shall also provide all labor and material for hazardous roll-off box relocation service at ANAD upon notification. This Contract will be a Base plus 4 Options.See Statement of Work for further details.
