- INTRODUCTION The Naval Air Warfare Center- Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) Atlantic Test Range (ATR) at Patuxent River, MD announces its intention to procure, on a brand name basis, a firm fixed price purchase order of K&L Microwave UHF Auto tuned filters with an authorized reseller for K&L Microwave.� Under the authority of FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13.� This announcement is a Request for Quote (RFQ). ELIGIBILITY This requirement is being synopsized as an unrestricted acquisition under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 334220, size standard 1,250 employees, PSC code 5915.� All interested businesses are encouraged to respond.� Specifically, the Government is evaluating the possibility of establishing this requirement as a Small Business/Other Socio-Economic Set-Aside. REQUIREMENTS Please see the attached Solicitation N0042121Q0367 which includes the Statement of Work. ANTICIPATED DELIVERY DATE/PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE 30 September 2021. SUBMITTAL INFORMATION Must be an authorized distributor or reseller of K&L Microwave UHF Auto tuned Filters. Technical Acceptability will be determined solely on the content and merit of the information submitted in response to this synopsis/solicitation. Therefore, it is incumbent on the offeror to provide sufficient technical literature, documentation, etc. in order for the Government to make an adequate technical assessment of the proposal. The Government will award on a lowest priced- technically acceptable basis.� Your quote will only be evaluated on the information you provide with your quote.
