**Amendment 0001 Issued** See Attachments: SF30 Amendment 0001 The National Oceanic Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), National Ocean Service (NOS), National Centers for Coastal Ocean Science (NCCOS), Hollings Marine Laboratory (HML) located at 331 Ft. Johnson Road, Charleston, SC 29412, has a requirement for new electrical circuits and a panel for 20A, 120V for outside circuit and 40A and 30A, 3 phase 480V electrical connections that will support one (1) 20� (-20) Freezer as well as one (1) 40� (-20) Freezer from our existing H1B panel. The NAICS code for the work described below is 238210, Electrical Contractors and Other Wiring Installation Contractors with a Size Standard $16.5 Million. The project shall be completed no later than June 10, 2021 and will be set aside for Small Businesses. The estimated magnitude of this project is less than $25,000. This project has the following major components. � Add one 120V, 20 Amp circuit for the new freezer from the panel to exterior junction box. � Provide one (1) 40A and one (1) 30A 3 phase 480 volt circuit from Panel H1B � Install new disconnect rated plug connectors or equivalent to *see attachment (1) � Provide Core drilled holes for access to the electrical panels. � All conduit to be PVC in crawlspace and Rigid where exposed. � Plug all unused core drill holes and secure all conduit and wires with fasteners. � Test and verify with Government Technical POC and facility personnel that all circuits provide above stated amperage and voltage on demand. The solicitation will only be available online; offerors must access the Contract Opportunities website via www.beta.sam.gov. All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered. A contract issued as a result of this solicitation shall incorporate the Department of Labor General Decision Number SC20210023, dated January 1, 2021. All questions must be submitted in writing to Natasha.Thieman@noaa.gov by 11:00 A.M. Eastern on May 20, 2021. Telephone inquiries will not be honored. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Quotes must be submitted via electronic means (e-mail) by 11:00 A.M. Eastern on June 4, 2021. Quotes must be submitted electronically via e-mail to Natasha.Thieman@noaa.gov. Quoters must be registered in the SAM database to be considered for award. Registration is free and can be completed on-line at http://www.sam.gov/. Contractors are encouraged to register with the Contract Opportunities Vendor Notification Service as well as the Interested Vendors List for this acquisition (see applicable tab within Contract Opportunities where this solicitation is posted). It is the Contractor�s responsibility to request and receive a confirmation of the quote receipt. ** Please note: Upon contract award and before any service begins, the contract issued requires the Contractor to provide evidence meeting the NOAA Sexual Assault and Sexual Harassment Prevention and Response Policy in accordance with the NOAA Acquisition Manual (NAM) Contract Clause 1330-52.222-70.** Site Visits shall be scheduled and completed no later than May 18, 2021.
