Description: Existing flush and vault toilets at Schoolhouse Recreation Area, Ocotillo Campground and Saguaro Del Norte Recreation area are in needing of replacement. The water system at Schoolhouse requires significant maintenance and removing the flush toilets and replacing them with vault toilets would reduce the deferred maintenance burden on the district.
