Ft. (ABOA): 6,281 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 1 Parking Spaces (Surface): 1 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 15 Years Firm Term: 10 Years Option Term: None Additional Requirements: Space must be located on the 2nd Floor or above. A fully serviced lease is required. The building must be able to comply with the Architectural Barriers Act Accessibility Standards (ABAAS) and meet certain security requirements as set forth in the Interagency Security Committee Standards and the Department of Justice Security Standards. Daytime cleaning is required. Lessor shall comply with additional COVID-19 routine cleaning and disinfection in the facility/building. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� A fully serviced lease is required.� Offered space shall not be in the 100-year flood plain. Photographs of the property from all sides and the area/neighborhood surrounding the building.
