- This project will include the replacement of all water distribution line, upgrades to the well head and hydrants throughout the water system at the Lynx Lake Recreation Area. In accordance with FAR 36.204(f), the construction range of this project is estimated between � $750,000 to $850,000. The� North� American� Industry� Classification� System� (NAICS)� Code� for� this� procurement� is 237110 Water and Sewer Line and Related Structures Construction with the� annual size standard of $39.5M. ***A BID BOND IS REQUIRED (20%)*** A Site Visit will be held Wednesday, June 9, 2021 at 10:00 AM PT Lynx Lake Campground located at 34�31�03.04�N 112�23�27.50�W. To reach the site, travel east from Prescott, AZ on AZ-69 S approximately 4 miles, turn on right onto Walker Road, continue south on Walker Road for approximately 2.4 Miles then turn left into Lynx Lake Campground. Questions are due Monday, June 14, 2021. Bid proposals are due Wednesday, June 30, 2021 3:00 PM PT
