- AMENDMENT 6/1/2021 Additional Q&A QUESTION:�The condition of the current storage trailer is described as non-repairable and appears to be only disposed. Is the trailer currently on wheels/axles? Are the wheels/tires in useable shape to transport to final disposition? Is the tongue with a hitch attachment to be towed by a larger tractor trailer or dump truck?��ANSWER:��This question was answered earlier and a site visit is recommended.� QUESTION:�Where is the final disposition of the trailer? Is it to be moved to a location near or on-site? Or does the trailer need to be disposed of off-site by the contactor?��ANSWER:��Disposed off-site by the contractor. QUESTION:�The contents of the trailer, as we understand, will be stored in a temporary container provided by the contractor. Who is responsible for moving the contents from said trailer to contractor�s provided container? If to be moved by contractor, is a list of contents to be provided?��ANSWER:��NWS will move the contents. QUESTION:�What is the dimension of the sidewalk and proposed location/drawing in reference to the building layout?� ANSWER:��There is not a sidewalk required by SOW. QUESTION:�Are there specific drawings for the building layout with power conduit locations, LED lights, A/C mini-split, door locations for walk through door and roll up?��ANSWER:�No Tulsa NWS staff will determine the location prior to the building ordered or build. QUESTION:�Is the proposed roll up door manual or does it need a motorized opener?��ANSWER:��Manual. AMENDMENT 5/28/2021 QUESTION: Can you please identify the location of the roll-up door,�either long�side or short side?�what�about the personnel door?�ANSWER:�Roll-up door will be on the short side facing west and the personnel door will be on the long side facing south. QUESTION: Can the 3 outlets be on one 15-amp circuit or does each outlet need its own 15-amp circuit?��ANSWER: Each outlet needs its own 15-amp circuit.� QUESTION: Does the building need to have a main disconnect breaker?�ANSWER: Building needs to have a main disconnect breaker. QUESTION: What is the electrical for the building being tied into? transformer, pole or existing breaker box?�ANSWER: Existing breaker box. Will a ""pole barn"" type building be acceptable?� ANSWER: Pole Barn type is acceptable but no wood should be used to construct the building.
