Description

Amendment is issued to provide questions and answers and extend due date to June 7, 2021. The National Park Service (NPS) is issuing a combined synopsis/solicitation for the pressure cleaning and recoating of approximately 7400-SF of Metal roofing, tighten and or replace fasteners along the length of the facility, cut and remove any loose or failing sealants/coatings from the roof, Roof coating will be a Kraton based or equal to, Elastomeric light gray roof coating. and, replacement of approximately 570 feet of gutter, and installation of gutter guards. Location: Blue Ridge Parkway buildings located in Gillespie Gap, 214 Parkway Maintenance rd., Spruce Pine, NC, 28777 TYPE OF CONTRACT: Firm Fixed Price 100% small business set-aside procurement. The NAICS code is 238160 and the size standard is $16.5 million. In accordance with FAR Subpart 36.204, the magnitude of this requirement is estimated to be between $25,000 and $100,000. Period of Performance 6/15/2021 to 9/30/2021 SYSTEM FOR AWARD MANAGEMENT (SAM): Federal Acquisition Regulations require that federal contractors register in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at https://www.sam.gov and enter all mandatory information into the system. Award cannot be made until the contractor has registered. Interested Offerors are encouraged to ensure that they are registered in SAM prior to submitting their quote. THESE REGISTRATIONS WILL BE COMPLETED BEFORE TIME OF AWARD.
