Solicitation Amendment #2 issued to� incorporate the attached RFI responses from additional questions received through 5/24/21. However, if you prefer to mail me a hard copy please do so at the address below: FAA, ATTN: Robert Higgins, AAQ550 9 Mildred St Salem, NH 03079 Solicitation/RFO announcement for the FAA Eastern Region Acquisition Service Area, Boston Acquisition Office, has a new construction effort for the GGG ATCT HVAC Replacement project�in Longview, TX. Engineering/Facility point of contact (POC) will be Jeremy Hamby at 817-751-9576. The performance period is 240 calendar days after the effective date of the Notice to Proceed (NTP). This procurement is available on a Full & Open basis. The North American Industry Calssification System (NAICS) code is 238220, with a size standard of $15.0 million. The Request for Offer (RFO), Specifications,�Drawings, EOSH Impacts, DOL Wage Rates, Business Declaration Form,�COVID Requirements, COVID Memo, and Sample Construction Waste Program Report, are attached to this announcement. All documents are are available in either .pdf or .xls format and may be viewed with the applicable version of Adobe Acrobat/professional or with Microsoft Excel. The price range for this procurement is $850,000.00 million - $1,000,000.00 million. **The Acquisition Management System (AMS) applies to FAA in place of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and various other provisions of Federal acquisition law.
