- *********************Amendment 0001 for Solicitation W912P521Q0029 � ******************************************* PROJECT: Boat Trailer Purchase PURPOSE: The purpose of this amendment is to: 1. Change the Acquisition Set Aside 100% from Women- Owned Small Business ( WOSB)�Eligible Under The WOSB� to Small Business Program. 2. Extend the receipt of quotes from Tuesday, June 1, 2021 at 10:00 p.m. Central Time to Monday, June 7, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. Central Time. FAR 52.252-3 , Alterations in Solicitation is updated to reflect the above chan Offer must acknowledge receipt of this amendment : (a) By completing Items 8 and 15, and returning� one (1) copies of the amendment. **************************END************************************* PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The Nashville District U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) anticipates a requirement for a firm fixed-price commercial supply contract. Contractor shall provide a trailer similar or equal to a Boatmaster Commercial Gooseneck Trailer and shall be designed for use with the boat described as follows: Year: 2014, Make: North River 26, Serial No: NRB25194B414. PLACE OF DELIVERY: U.S. Army Corps of Engineers 1180 Cinder Road Old Hickory, TN 37138 United States DELIVERY DATE: The boat trailer and all accessories shall be delivered NLT July 30, 2021. The Contractor shall allow a 7-day performance fitting with boat to ensure proper fitting is allowed. If any discrepancies are found during that performance period, the NAICS CODE AND SBA SIZE STANDARD: The NAICS code for this project is 336212 with a size standard of 1000 employees. TYPE OF SET-ASIDE: The solicitation will be 100% small business set aside. SOLICITATION AND CONTRACT TYPE: The Government intends to award a Firm- Fixed Price supply contract. SOLICITATION CLOSE DATE: The�close date for this solicitation is� 01 June 2021� at 10:00 PM CST.
