Description: 5/25/2021� - clarify several other issues: Sound attenuation is required to be installed in walls between rooms (FGI Guidelines). Corner guards required on all outside corners. Kickplates are required for all doors, limited in height for any smoke barrier or fire barrier doors. Fire extinguishers required according to NFPA 101 and NFPA 10 distance requirements. 5/25/2021 - Question and Answers are Attached. Amendment 01 is attached.�� Site Visit is attached. Clarification is provided for the following question:� SOW states:� b.� Wall finishes shall be protected by wall protection (FRP, wall cladding, etc.) in all areas. No paint textured drywall allowed unless approved by COR. Answer:� �Commercial-grade vinyl wallpaper� covering gypsum board is type of wall protection that is acceptable. Examples noted on the SOW in Section IV, 5.b are just examples of wall protection. Offerors shall acknowledge amendment 001 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.� This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested in response to this notice and a written solicitation will NOT be issued. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ).��Submit only written quotes for 246-21-Q-0048 for Modular Buildings. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-05.� This solicitation is a 100% SB Set-Aside.� The associated NAICS code is 321992 with a small business size standard of 500 Employees. This RFQ contains one (1) Line Items, for delivery of two modular buildings as follows: CLIN DESCRIPTION QTY Unit Price TOTAL 0001 Modular Clinic Building 1 PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE / DELIVERY:� 90 Days ARO Vendor Requirements: See attached Specifications below: SITE Visit:�� A site visit will be conducted on May 10, 2021, at 12:00 pm.� Please contact Mr. Sean Long at 918-342-6509 or sean.long@ihs.gov to verify attendance. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: Best Value (see criteria below) - � Price will evaluated on a total award amount. - � Technical Specifications.� The contractor shall submit a sheet of the technical specifications of the building that meet or exceed the specifications contained herein. �� Evaluation will be on items 1 through 15 of the specifications Contractor shall submit details on items 1 through 15 of the specifications Delivery Schedule � The contractor shall provide a delivery schedule outlining delivery within 90 days ARO.� The contractors shall submit a contingency schedule showing the manufacturing and delivery process to ensure delivery within in 90 days. Past Performance � The contractor shall provide three reference for projects of like or similar size in dollar value that occurred within the last three years. The references need to address delivery, cooperation with clients, efforts of like or similar requirements.
