Description

Requirement The Regional Contracting Office (RCO) - MCI WEST, Marine Corps Base, Camp Pendleton, CA, has a requirement to procure musical instruments and accessories for 3rd Marine Aircraft Wing Band (3D MAW Band), Marine Corps Base (MCB) Camp Pendleton, CA.� This procurement is conducted in accordance with FAR Part 12 (Acquisition of Commercial Items) utilizing FAR Part 13 (Simplified Aquasition Procedures). Award will be made on the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) qoute. The resulting award will be a Firm-Fixed Priced purchase order, all or none, to provide musical instruments. Please see attached Solicitation and Pricing Sheet.� Make note of Brand Name requirements identified in the solicitation.� Set-aside status Small Business.� The North American Industry Classification Standard (NAICS) code for this project is 339992 (Musical Instrument Manufacturing) with a size standard of 1,000 employees. System for Award Management In order for contractors to conduct business with the Department of Defense the contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database.� Information on registration in SAM may be obtained by calling (866) 606-8220 or via the internet at http://www.sam.gov.
