Description

Combined Synopsis/Solicitation (Best Value) The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Office of Marine and Aviation Operations/Marine Operations � lubrication and hydraulic oils for the NOAA ship Fairweather in Juneau, AK. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Solicitation number NM-AN2100-21-01367 is issued as a firm fixed price, commercial, request for quotation (RFQ). (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-05. (iv) The NAICS code for this acquisition is 324191, Petroleum Lubricating Oil and Grease Manufacturing; the small business size standard is 750 Employees. (v) Line items are as follows: CLIN 1:� 11 Drums (605 gallons) Chevron Delo 100 (40 W) CLIN 1:� 1 Drum (55 gallons) Chevron Rando ISO (46HD) CLIN 1:� 2 Drums (110 Gallons) Chevron Delo 400 (15W40) (vi) Description of requirements for the items to be acquired:� The vendor is to provide the items specified above, including all the shipping and transportation costs. This is a small business set aside and brand-name requirement. (vii) Date(s) and place(s) of delivery and acceptance and FOB point.� Delivery is required no later than 6/25/21 to: NOAA Ship Fairweather / USCG Base Juneau 345 Egan Dr. Juneau, AK 99801 (viii) � (xiv) Provisions and Clauses are included in the attached Statement of Work (xv) Offerors are required to submit quote by 3:00pm PST on 6/4/21 via https://app.smartsheetgov.com/b/form/b56008e5eeab46fc84dc7045ff2f25bc The solicitation period is shortened to allow time for award and shipment.
