- Description
- The purpose of this notice is to gain knowledge of potential sources for planning purposes only. The New Hampshire National Guard will not be responsible for any costs incurred by interested parties responding to�this notice. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION. Responses to this notice are NOT considered offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. The intent of this notice is to identify qualified Small Business (SB) concerns capable of performing the requirements described below. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 236220. Scope: Repair Main Gate at Pease Air Force Base: a. Removal of two existing automated sliding gates and concrete foundations and a portion of security fence and concrete foundations. b. Construction of three new minimum K8-rated cantilevered sliding crash vehicle gates in the same general location. The selected gates must be included on the list of DoD Certified Anti-Ram Vehicle Barriers maintained by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Protective Design Center (PDC). c. Construction of powered controllers with push-button operation. d. Modification of driving lanes to provide two in-bound lanes and one out-bound lane. e. Modification of pedestrian walkways and crosswalks. f. Site work including excavations and grading to accommodate the gates other items as well as utility connections electrical and communications. Utility connections will be made to existing infrastructure. �Your attention is directed to FAR Clause 52.219-14(c)(3) which states: The concern will perform at least 15 percent of the cost of the contract, not including the cost of materials, with its own employees. All interested parties responding to this sources sought request shall, at a minimum, submit the following information requested on the attached document titled: Sources Sought Response Form Submissions are restricted to ten (10) single-sided pages maximum, and must include: (1) Positive statement of intent to bid as a prime contractor. (2) A completed and signed Sources Sought Response Form (3) A listing of projects completed during the past three (3) years, may be from both Government and/or private industry projects. The list must include the type of project, dollar value, contract number, location, and point of contact Indicate if you were prime or subcontractor. If subcontractor, provide the name and point of contact for the prime contractor. (4) A brief outline of resources, subcontractors, and key personnel that would be used to accomplish the contract. (5) A letter from your surety with your maximum bonding capacity per project.
