Department of Veterans Affairs Nuclear Medicine Stress Test System STATEMENT OF WORK A. GENERAL GUIDANCE 1. Title of Project: Nuclear Medicine Stress Test System 2. Scope of Work: The contractor shall provide a Nuclear Medicine Stress Test System that meets the salient characteristics listed below to include shipping and warranty. 3. Background: The Imaging Service at Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare System (CAVHS) provides Nuclear Medicine imaging services in support of Veteran care. A key requirement of this service is the use of a Stress Test System to diagnose certain cardiopulmonary diseases. The current system in use at CAVHS is approaching end of life and must be replaced. 4. Performance Period: The contractor shall complete the work required under this SOW in 90 calendar days or less from date of award, unless otherwise directed by the Contracting Officer. 5. Type of Contract: Firm-Fixed-Price B. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS All written deliverables shall be phrased in layperson language. Statistical and other technical terminology shall not be used without providing a glossary of terms. C. A stand-alone, highly scalable exercise testing solution that helps physicians quickly and easily assess cardiac function during exercise. A Windows based Stress Test System with display, power cord, analog ECG signal acquisition module, and 12SL interpretation (RESI), 12 lead resting interpretation algorithm. 8.5 x 11 Thermal Paper, Red Grid 200MM Wide, Z-Fold, Hole Queue, 300 Sheets, 8 Packs Installation and in-service including set up of Stress Test System and Treadmill to customer power and network connections.
