Description

The Indian Health Service, Warm Springs Service Unit (WSSU), Warm Springs, Oregon intends to issue a supplemental modification to add additional funding to Contract Number, HHSI248201900007G Modification�No. 0004.�The original RFQ was at eBuy in GSA Advantage. This was for base year with 3 option years. This will be for option year three, the last year. Pursuant to the authority of FAR Clause 52.217-9 Option to Extend the Term of the Contract, the government intends to exercise contract line items 1-12�for the Pyxis medstation console rental and support for the Warm Springs Service Unit. This notification of Intent that an award was made to a single source procurement under NAICS code 562112. This is not a request for quote. This award is under the authority of 41 USC 253(c)(1) - FAR 6.302-1 Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements to the WSSU, under WSSU-1901. This is for a firm-fixed price with period of performance: October 1, 2021 � September 30, 2022. The contract ceiling price will be increased by $25k. This notice of intent is NOT a request for quote or quotations. A determination not to compete this proposed contract upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Verbal responses are not acceptable and will not be considered. No telephone inquiries will be accepted.
