Description

Pursat to FAR 6.302-1, DLA Energy intends to award a Sole Source, Firm Fixed Price Contract of Platts World Refinery Database (WRD) for customized reports for DLA Energy's specific petroleum programs.� WRD contains comprehensive data for every refinery in the world including ownership information, outage, capacity, runs, and yields data for crude and individual refined products.� WRD allows the ability to aggregate data by company, regional and national production, with robust yield data by refinery.� The delivery period be for�six (6) months (7/1/2-21 - 12/14/2021). This is not a request for proposals or quotations;�however, any challenges to this sole source notice must be in writing and sent to DLAEnergyABaseProcurementSupport@dla.mil to be considered by the Government for the purpose of determining whether of not to compete the requirement.� Challenges must include information sufficient to enable the Government to make a determination that an equivalent service exists that would satisfy the Government's needs as stated herein.� A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed requirement based on responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.
