The purpose of this amendment is to update the original Performance Work Statement (PWS) and extend the closing date from 06/02/2021 - 11AM EST to 06/14/2021 - 1530 PM EST. a)� See Page 2 for revised Performance Work Statement� (PWS). All other terms and conditions remain the same. �- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - This is a Pre-solicitation notice. This Pre-solicitation notice is not a request for formal quotes.� Solicitation, 36C24621Q0628, will be issued on or about May 14, 2021.� The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) 6 requires Floor Installation Services for Durham Veterans Affairs Medical Center. The contractor is to provide services for the installation of SeamTek Type 4 Flooring system over the existing floor at the Animal Research Facility located at: VA Medical Center (VAMC) Durham 508 Fulton Street, Bldg. 15 Durham, NC 27705 The period of performance for the resultant contract will have a base period in accordance with all schedules, specification, terms, and conditions and provisions of the contract solicitation. The applicable NAICS Code is 238330 with a size standard of $16.5 Million and corresponding PSC code is N099. All correspondence and responses shall be via e-mail to Keyasha.Williams@va.gov .
