- Description
- The U.S. International Development Finance Corporation (DFC) Acquisition Office requires nonpersonal Private Equity Investment Advisors. The advisory�services�required consist of three broad categories; 1) Due Diligence of Funds 2) Due Diligence of Direct Equity Investments and 3) Strategic Planning, Portfolio Construction, and other Research. Services will support the DFC's Office of Investment Finace (OIF) and�Office of Equity Investments (OEI), DFC may engage services of private equity advisors to�support projects in developing countries worldwide. DFC operates in multiple sectors, including but not limited to infrastructure, renewable power, agriculture, supply chain logistics, financial intermediaries, and small and medium enterprise development. The Government intends to issue multiple Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts to the responsible Quoters whose quotes are most advantageous of the Government, price and other factors considered in accordance with the Request for Quotes (RFQ) attached. The Government reserves at least two (2) IDIQ awards for small business. Anticipated ordering period is for five years beginning on or about 02 August 2021. The total ceiling dollar amount for the lifespan of the vehicle, across all contracts, and for orders placed for all servoce categories is $5,000,000. The contract types for task orders issued against the resulting IDIQs are Fixed Price and Time and Materials/Labor Hours. Basis for contract award: This acquisition is being conducted under FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items regulations and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition�procedures. Quotes will be evaluated using the factors identified in the RFQ. Noncompliance is grounds to eliminate the quote from consideration for award. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the agency. Quoters shall submit questions via e-mail to solicitation@dfc.gov. The deadline for questions is 2:00pm EST, on May 21, 2021.� Questions will be not entertained after this date.� Quoters shall submit all questions in one email with the subject line of �Quoter�s Name - 77344421Q0040.� Telephonic inquiries will not be entertained.� Quoters are responsible for confirming receipt of questions. �Questions will be answered at industry day conducted via teleconference on May 25, 2021 from 11:00am to 1:00pm.� All interested parties who submit a question will receive instructions to participate in industry day.� Answers to questions will also be posted to beta.SAM.gov.� DFC's Industry Day Presentation PowerPoint slides and audio recording of the event are also attached to this solcitation. Questions are no longer accepted.� Quote due date is extended from June 16, 2021, 12:00pm est to June 23, 2021, 12:00pm est.
