- Update 02 June 2021: Extending due date to 11 June 2021 and posting of responses to RFIs received. See attached documents: Request for Information and W91ZRS-21-B-0001-Solicitation Amend 02. Update 19 May 2021:�See attached Pre-Bid Conference Attendance Roster and Solicitation Amendment 1, Document: W91ZRS-21-B-0001 Amendment 1.� Construction Contract for Project No. 0011492466, Alterations and Additions of the Fire Suppression Building at the Army Aviation Support Facility (AASF) in Windsor Locks, CT. Work will be performed in accordance with the contract, Drawings and Technical Specifications. This action is being solicited as a total small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 236220 and the Size Standard for Small Business is $39.5M average annual revenue for the past three (3) years. Project magnitude is between $1M and $5M. A single award is contemplated. Failure to submit an offer on this CLIN shall result in rejection of the bid. Solicitation and all information, notices, amendments for this solicitation will be posted at https://beta.sam.gov. Instructions for obtaining drawings and specifications for this solicitation are located in Section 00100. Funds are presently available for this acquisition. Award will be made to the responsible bidder whose bid conforms to the invitation for bids and is most advantageous to the Government considering only price and price related factors. A pre-bid conference will be conducted on 17 May at 10:00 A.M. for the purposes of briefing on the proposal requirements and performing a site visit regarding this solicitation. This conference will be held at the AASF Classroom, Building 152, Light Lane, Windsor Locks, CT 06096. Interested Contractors are highly encouraged to attend the pre-bid conference. The site visit will be held following the conference. In order to limit the risk of spreading COVID-19, the Government requests that each General Contractor limit the number of employees or subcontractors to ONE, OR AS FEW ASPOSSIBLE; and they must wear a mask that covers their nose and mouth.� Due to security conditions, all offerors must register if they attend this conference and site visit.
