Description

This is a combine sysnopsis and solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.� The solicitation number is 70Z037-21-Q-PQQ15400 issued as an invitation for bids/price quotes unless otherwise indicated herein.� The solicitation document, incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect in the latest version of the Federal Acquistions Regulations (FAR).� The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 238220 with small business set aside standard of 500 personnel.� Only qualified Contractors or Vendors may submit any bids or price quotes.� In particular, US Coast Guard MSD Santa Barbara request the following items:� Provide all labor, materials, equipments, tools, transportation, supervision and license as required to removed, then install�a new roof top HVAC unit in accordance with the attached statement of work (SOW).� All parts and materiasl that will be utilize must be approved by the technical point of contact� (usually equal or better).� All interested Contractors or Vendors are encouraged to visit the actual performance location to ascertain the condition and make their own assessment.� Please call Chief Maya Connell, phone # (805) 962-7430 for base access and scheule of appoinment.� All Vendors or Contractors must be currently registered in System for Award Management prior to award.� All bids or price quotes will be evaluated base on technical knowledged and experienced, flexibility in military working environment and prices (not necessarily in that order).� Please submit all your bids or price quotes via e-mail to:� Noel.P.Profeta@uscg.mil.� Deadline for bids or price quotes submission 10:00AM (local) 30 June 2021.
