6/2/2021 RFQ Revision 1 adds a line on page 3 Scheldule of items for Labor costs. Also an excel spreadsheet has been loaded with questions and answers. End of change 1282A721Q00909 Cormax Keys, cores, and Hardware with install; Wolf Creek Job Corps Glide, OR This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in�subpart� 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 1282A721Q0089 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), using NAICS code 332510 size standard of 750.� This RFQ is set aside as a small business set aside. This RFQ document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-05/03-10-2021. The US Forest Service WO-PPS Job Corps Support Branch has requirement for material and install of Cormax 7 pin combinated Cores, keys and various hardware throughout the Wolf Creek Job Corps Civilian Conservation Center in Glide OR. The full RFQ is in the attached document. Responses are due June 26, 2021 1200 Pacific Daylight Time.
