- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and FAR 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; no other written solicitation will not be issued. Instructions to offerors (Tailored for quotes under FAR part 13), evaluation criteria, and all applicable FAR Provisions and Clauses are attached. The solicitation number is 70Z02921Q8M236100 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses. � This is a small business set aside, the applicable NAICS code is�332311 and small business size standard is 750. This solicitation will result in a Firm-Fixed Price Supply Order awarded to the offeror with the Lowest Price. Offerors must be actively registered in System for Award Management - https://www.sam.gov. The US Coast Guard has a requirement for�a 8'x10' Ballistic Level III Guard Shack. 1. All material used for exterior walls: 1/4"" Arm alloy 500 Ballistic Steel Plates, UL 752 Level 3, fully welded. 2. Two (2) 36"" x 84"" Bullet Resistant UL 752 Level 3 hollow metal Half Lite Sliding doors, Doors to be glazed with UL 752 Level 3 clad polycarbonate glazing. Door gear included. 3. Windows UL 752 Level 3 bullet resistant, tinted glazing, and fixed clad poly-carbonate glass mounted against the ballistic walls, 36"" tall, all around. 4. Contractor shall ensure that all US Coast Guard Standards, UL325 and Federal, State, and Local safety requirements are met. 5. 3"" structural steel tubing frame, all welded steel construction with 1/8"" steel tread plate floor, floor to be supported by interior structural steel tubing joist. 6. Insulation: Walls, roof, floor R-18 7. Exterior wall panels factory finished, UL 752 Level 3 bullet resistant protection exterior face, 16- gauge heavy duty steel interior, panels galvanized and mechanically fastened. 8. Ceiling finish with 16-gauge heavy duty steel, galvanized and mechanically fastened to provide smooth flat interior 9. Roof finish with 11-gauge heavy duty steel, galvanized and welded to provide smooth flat exterior 10. Four (4) Lifting rings 11. 3"" Overhang on all four sides of the roof 12. Brackets for anchoring to platform 13. One (1) Painted Steel counter (18"" deep) 14.
