Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. A separate solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and is solicited and award IAW FAR Part 13. This combined synopsis/solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-02 and DFARS change notice dated 10/1/2020. This is a requirement is for a quantity of six (6) new pool tables and play sets as well as the removal of 3 existing pool tables at JBSA Fort Sam Houston. This is one-time Firm Fixed Price acquisition is 100% Set-Aside to Small Business concerns, utilizing NAICS 339920 � Sporting and Athletic Goods Manufacturing, Business Size Standard, 750 employees and FSC 7810- Sporting and Athletic Goods Manufacturing.� This is a commodity requirement with incidental installation services. This is a BRAND NAME or EQUIVALENT.� The contractor shall supply all specifications and illustrations necessary to properly confirm equivalent substitution of requested items. All salient characteristics can be found in the SOW.
