Description
THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION ANNOUNCEMENT FOR PROPOSAL AND NO CONTRACT WILL BE AWARDED FROM THIS ANNOUNCEMENT. It is a market research tool being used to determine the availability and adequacy of potential business sources prior to determining acquisition strategies and issuance of a Request for Proposal including the use of any potential appropriate small business programs. Whether the business is currently classified as a Small, Small Disadvantaged, 8(a) and/or Woman Owned company, Hub Zone Small business, Veteran Owned Small Business, or Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business, the business operations must meet the needs as specified in the source purpose. This sources sought will be open for a period of fifteen (15) days, ending on 06/17/2021. Submittals are due no later than 06/18/2021 at 11:00AM. The Tulsa District contemplates professional services of an accredited academic institution or consultant to develop and administer a part-time leadership/management development program for a maximum of 10 Corps� of Engineers employees. The overall objective of this program is to help these employees learn, grow, and develop into effective leaders/managers within the Corps of Engineers. The Offeror �shall plan for and conduct program development, curriculum planning, and administration of the part- time Leadership Development Program including pre-program period activities such as development of the draft curriculum and other pre-start up activities.� This will include 80 hours of in-person instruction which can be provided by as many speakers as necessary to deliver 10 8-hour sessions.� Consultation hours will be utilized for curriculum coordination with the Government�s LDP Coordinator, program feedback, and one-on-one sessions with program participants.� The offeror�s program facilitator shall attend a class kick-off and year end retreat.� In addition the offeror shall provide two diagnostic tools. Do not submit an offer based on this Sources Sought announcement, rather, read the attachment in its entirety and provide the information requested in the Submittal Info Sheet contained in the document.
