Description
U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Florida City: Orlando Delineated Area: North: McCulloch Rd East: Rouse Road, South: �E. Colonial Drive, West: Tanner Rd., Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 7,000 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 9,000 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 3 Parking Spaces (Surface): 3 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 3 Full Term: 15 Years Firm Term: 8 years Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: Offered space must be located on the second floor or higher. The space shall be located in a modern quality Building of sound and �substantial construction with a facade of stone, marble, brick, stainless steel, aluminum or other permanent materials in good condition and acceptable to the GSA Lease Contracting Officer. If not a new Building, the Space offered shall be in a Building that has undergone, or will be complete by occupancy, modernization or adaptive reuse for the Space with modern conveniences. Offered space shall not be located in the 100 year flood plain. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. Space must comply with all applicable building codes and accessibility standards as defined in the Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA), the Architectural Barriers Act Accessibility Standard (ABAAS), and the Uniform Federal Accessibility Standards (UFAS). The primary entrance must be accessible for all persons with special needs, including wheel-chair access. A fully serviced lease is required. Action: Choose whether or not a fully serviced lease is required.� Also choose 100 year floodplain unless requirement is identified by agency as a critical action.
