- The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE), U.S. Energy Information Administration (EIA) is issuing a sources sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research for detailed economic news, analysis, and data to inform, support, and produce short-, medium-, and long-term market dynamics, including financial, commodity, industry, labor, trade markets, and macroeconomic markets across all major economies, as well as providing the global view. Some ways this product suite will support the fulfillment of EIA�s mission are further defined in the attached Draft Statement of Work (SOW). The attached Draft SOW describes only the currently contemplated possible scope of services and may vary from the work scope in a final SOW included in any Request for Proposal (RFP). EIA may ask interested vendors for a demo of their services based on their response to the RFI. The written response must include a detailed discussion demonstrating experience providing the services identified in the Draft SOW and past performance client information for similar services if possible. Also, in the submission, please provide the following information: 1) organization name, address, email address, website address, telephone number; 2) business size and type of ownership for the organization (socio-economic program as applicable); 3) tailored capability statements addressing the particulars of this effort; 4) DUNS,CAGE Code, and NAICS; 5) Federal Supply Schedule if applicable; 6) estimated cost to meet the requirements as detailed within the attached DRAFT PWS; and 7) If significant subcontracting or teaming is anticipated. Interested parties may submit their solutions and capability to meet the requirements in response to this notice via FedConnect. All responses shall be labeled 89303021NEI000078 for Short-Term Energy Outlook (STEO), Annual Energy Outlook (AEO) and International Energy Outlook (IEO).� No other methods of transmission will be accepted. Faxed responses will not be accepted. Submissions shall be received no later than 12:00 P.M. est, June 16, 2021. This request for capability information does not constitute a request for proposals; responses to the RFI will not be returned; submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary; the government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred. The Government does not intend to award a contact based only on responses to this RFI.
