Based on market research conducted and contacts made with knowledgable individuals within the Government and related industry, it has been determined that L3 Technologies, Inc. is the sole/repair/maintenance contractor authorized to work on the FBI's night vision goggles (NVGs); therefore they are the only company capable of meeting agency requirements.
